Passed away peacefully on September 25, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at her home (Waikiwi Gardens) Invercargill, age of 99. Dearly loved wife of the late David Edward (Joe), mother of Susan and Lesley Clark, Karen Matthews and James, Lyndsay and Sonny Tautari, Brett McMurdo and Michelle, Marina Matthews and John; and treasured nana and grandma of Ashlynn, Anjoeen, Delaney, Nadeskah, Marina, Deanna, Jaci, David, Morgan, Marsh, Sarai, Kahli, Lahni, Jessica, and Daniel; and beloved great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Requiem Mass for Nell will be held at St Mary's Basilica, 65 Tyne Street, Invercargill, on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 1.00pm. Afternoon tea will follow.
